Studio 29 is an online retailer of premium numbing products. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example if a pricing error has occurred.

Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Klarna and other methods as displayed at checkout.

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery timescales are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances outside our control.

Delivery is to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are correct before placing your order.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will do our best to resolve any issues.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty. Sealed, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item.

Our products are designed for use on clean, unbroken skin before tattoo sessions and similar cosmetic appointments. Always follow the product instructions before use.

Do not use on broken, irritated, damaged or recently tattooed skin. If you are unsure whether our products are suitable for you, speak to your artist or treatment provider before use.

Studio 29 products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Studio 29 and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio 29 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
